i reserve the right to decline requests/commissions i am not comfortable with. if already paid for (e.g. via kofi), this will be refunded in the amount i receive it as (i.e. after paypal fees deduction).

no refunds if i accept the commission though. unless i totally haven't started and the commissioner decides to cancel the commission.

i take around (not strictly) 25% down payment for all commissions and charge the rest after it's done.

i usually decide the carrd commission price after it is completed, but i will give you a range estimate & am willing to work around your budget.

paypal fees will be shouldered by commissioners & added to the total. (paypal fee = 4.9%x + $0.30)

for kofi requests, if i deem the request to be too complex, i will communicate to the commissioner that i will charge extra. if the commissioner refuses this, i will take liberty to simplify the request to meet the standard of the paid money.

payment will be made through kofi only. i aim to open a trakteer account if i ever get an indonesian commissioner.
